Our Real Estate Platform integrates three powerful services into a single, seamless mobile marketing tool to help you move your inventory

1. Mobile Website.  Using your Skoop! mobile website, consumers will be able to search or browse your inventory, contact the broker, view a photo gallery or video of each property, see a feature list of each property, get a map and driving directions, and much more.
2. Text Messaging.  Each property in your inventory will be automatically assigned a texting keyword that you can use in advertising for that property, including the sign on the front lawn. When a prospect texts that keyword to our short code, they will instantly receive a text message back with details about the property, the agent's phone number, and a link to the mobile web page for that property (as detailed above). Simultaneously, the agent will receive an email from the platform with the prospect's mobile phone number and the property of interest.
3. QR Codes.  Similar to the texting service, the platform will automatically generate a QR code for each property.  Scanning the QR code will send the prospect to the mobile web page for that property.

The Platform comes with a Management Portal, where you may manage the content of the mobile website, as well as view the activity generated by the texting and QR code inquiries.

Fundamental to the Real Estate Platform is integration with your inventory data feed, so that the inventory displayed on the mobile site is in synch with that of your desktop site. We can integrate with most of the standard data feeds in just a few days.
